Supermodel and activist Liya Kebede started this handcrafted apparel and home collection—named for the Ethiopian word meaning "to bloom or flourish"—and employs local African artisans to create its unique statement pieces. The handwoven Makeda dress features a standing collar, shell buttons, a ruched neckline, raglan sleeves and front slits. Slightly oversized, it comes with hip pockets, a self belt and button cuffs.
